We have started this family business 6 years ago when we realized that Zagreb lacks such cozy accommodation where guests enjoy unique homey treatment that no hotel can offer. Each apartment is different and has a real character that extends throughout the rooms, decorations and the colour scheme.

For all those who've had enough of the overpriced, impersonal and claustrophobic hotel rooms in Zagreb, our serviced apartments are the best solution!

Our guests like to be informed on the currents events in the city so we prepare a small welcome package on arrival that consists of a Zagreb map, weather forecast, In Your Pocket monthly city guide, brochures on Croatia, tips for restaurants and shops etc. Ivana is a licensed tourist guide for Zagreb so she will be happy to provide information on current events and places of interest.

Cleaning and change of bedding and towels is organized on a weekly basis and is included in the price as well as the final cleaning (upon departure). We use professional laundry and ironing services by Lavatio company.

All apartments are well equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and food basics that our guests will find upon arrival, such as coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. The apartments have satellite or max TV, radio-buzzer, CD/DVD player with a collection of CD-s, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer and washing machine. Some apartments have dishwasher. Washing powder and dishwasher tablets are also included upon arrival as well as kitchen towels. The apartments are air-conditioned and have central heating.

Bike rental is included with some apartments (wherever it is possible to keep the bike).

It is quite handy for our guests to be picked up upon arrival and taken straight to the apartment. We provide free pick-up service from the Coach and Train station (airport pick-up is charged extra – 25 EUR).

There is always a bowl of fresh fruit waiting in the apartment as well as coffee, tea and some food basics.We like to indulge our guests with little gifts that will make their stay even more special. We print original inZagreb postcards with humorous motifs (the artist is a friend of ours, Koraljka Polacek) that each guest receives on arrival.

For those who stay with us a bit longer (7 days and more), there is a bottle of nice Croatian red wine wrapped in a fancy crimson coloured neck-tie. Did you know that the neck-tie was invented in Croatia in the 17th century? More

Gingerbread heart is another little surprise which comes from Zagorje region, on the other side of the mountain Medvednica, and used to be given as a love token to your sweetheart.

We also have special gift for the little ones – an authentic Croatian wooden whistle from the little village called Laz, just North from Zagreb. These wooden toys as well as gingerbread hearts are now under protection of Unesco!

Transfer to/from the airport is charged 25 EUR.
