A word or two about the author

Dinko Bekavac was born in Lovrec near Imotski. Continuously occupied with art of painting, after retirement he is active in visual-art terms. His technics are art oil and pastel; landscapes, sights, still lifes, motions and figures. He exhibits his works at many group exhibitions from 1999 till today. Devotee of beauty motion figures by nature, especially ballerinas, he decided to devote to this topic meticulously and exhibits his first one-man exhibition at the Croatian National theatre in Split, under the title of „Ballerinas portrait and figures“.
