Description
Antun Gojak Town Gallery was founded in 1995 as an independent public culture institution. As a museum institution it preserves more than 600 museum objects divided into two collections: Gojak Donation and Collection of Contemporary Authors. More than 200 temporary art exhibitions were held till the middle of 2013. From the very beginning, special attention has been paid to the promotion and expert analysis of the work by Antun Gojak, who was the first academic painter from Makarska.
