The Office responsibility comprises: administrative and professional matters relating to the protection of industrialproperty; administrative and professional matters relating to copyright and related rights; information and documentation matters relating to the field of intellectual property; matters relating to international cooperation with the corresponding State institutions of other countries as well as with regional and international organizations; matters relating to the preparation, and implementation of international treaties in the field of intellectual property.
