Description
Association of Veterans of Blackboard is a form of association of Croatian Homeland War, which have the status of Croatian Homeland War and established the status of the Association, for assembly into a single whole and solve their statutnih and other life issues. The Association operates on the principle of voluntarism as a non-governmental organizations. Membership is constantly increasing and currently has over 400 members.
