HELIS is the highest form of organizing the Croatian electrical engineers, and as such it protects, represents, promotes and develops all their professional and vocational interests in Croatia. Members of HELIS are graduate electrical engineers, computer engineers and electrical engineers, plant electrical engineers, Masters of Electrical Engineering, Masters of Computing Engineering, Bachelors of Electrical Engineering and Professional Bachelors of Electrical Engineering.
