Hi, my name is Mato and I am licensed tourist guide in Dubrovnik since 2014. I was born and raised in Dubrovnik some 50+ years ago. I started my career in tourism in 1988. working as a receptionist. I never left this "Pearl of Adriatic", not even in those hard times in '90. 's. On the contrary I volunteered to defend my home. Until 2 years ago I was also Front desk manager at 5* hotel in Dubrovnik for 9 years and then I decided to continue as a local guide with a passion for history and more than 30 years experience in tourism. So, I am ready to present you both, ancient and recent history of my city. Of course, if you have some special interest, we can customize my regular tours.
