Plitvice Lakes National Park consists of
16 lakes, divided into Upper (12) and Lower (4) lakes.
The largest and deepest lake is Kozjak, with an area of 81.5 hectares and a depth of
46 meters.
More than
1,200 plant species have been recorded in the park.
