Description
European Union CARDS 2003 project aimed to improve efficiency of Councils of National Minorities in the Republic of Croatia, with a focus to the Councils in Areas of Special State Concern, to increase public awareness about their role and to increase participation of the minorities in the Councils elections and contribution to their active involvement in work of the Councils.
